In the course of business between your client and your organization, it will be necessary for you to disclose information related to your project. All of the information that is disclosed is considered proprietary and confidential. Any information submitted to your client in the course of performing services for your organization will not be disclosed in any manner, to any third party, for any reason. It is agreed that all tangible information, including but not limited to; QS and Estimation Data, Project schedule, sketches, designs, drawings, models, confidential information, customer relationships, special skills and photographs created in the course of business will be the property of your organization.

USE OF PROJECT DATA

If you want to use our services or when you otherwise deal with an entity of the VEL-Tech, Preliminary information such as Contract copy, sketch / drg / required information must be provide by you as per requirements.

DISCLOSURE OF PROJECT DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

We do not make any project information available to any third party, except with your prior permission or when such disclosure is necessary for the performance. All of the information that is disclosed is considered proprietary and confidential. Any information of your project which executed by VEL-Tech will not be disclosed in any manner, to any third party, for any reason.
